November 17, 2019

Dear Ladies of TASTE,

As we approach the holidays (both Thanksgiving and Christmas), we wanted to remind you of our upcoming schedule.  Can you believe that we only have three sessions left  before the New Year?

After this week's session (11/21), we will be off the following week (11/28) for Thanksgiving.  Then, we will have 2 sessions during Advent (12/5 and 12/12).  We will be off for 4 weeks in celebration of Christmas and New Years and we will return on 1/16.

There will be a special "stocking stuffer" book sale at TASTE during our two meetings in December! TASTE totes and various Catholic paperbacks will be on sale for you or your loved ones.

As you begin preparations for Thanksgiving, we want to wish you, your family and friends a joyful celebration.  You will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers especially during these weeks that we will not be together.

This week at TASTE

  • We welcome Colleen Duggan. She will be sharing  from her book, Good Enough is Good Enough-Confessions of An Imperfect Catholic Mom.
  • After her talk, there will be a book sale and signing.  Payment may be made by cash, check or Venmo.
  • We have invited a priest to hear confessions, but do not yet have confirmation.
  • Brown Bag Lunch  is this week, the 3rd Thursday of the month.  Please pack a lunch and  plan to stay for fellowship with TASTE sisters.  We will meet again in the Sister Lucy Lobby  (the large lobby at the other end of the school where we met in October).  Children are welcomed!
