PRAYER REQUESTS

  • Please continue to pray for our TASTE program and our speakers. This week, please pray for:
  • OUR SPEAKERS AND FRIENDS OF TASTE:
    • For all of our speakers — this year's speakers, and our upcoming speakers for our 20th year!
    • For all priests — Stir up in them the grace of their vocation which is in them.
  • OUR TASTE MEMBERS AND FAMILIES:
    • For Debbie Schmidt who had knee replacement surgery April 29th.  Please continue to pray for the complete healing of her knee, absence of infection, and a good outcome from rehab.
    • For Blair Keim, 20 week pregnant mom of two boys, who just found out she has a rare incurable cancer.  For health, protection and safe delivery of her pre-born son and for a miracle healing of her cancer which is in her small intestine and liver.
    • For Heather Johnson, daughter of Linda Ann Johnson, and mom of three, who has been in tremendous pain since the beginning of the year.  She was having a lumbar puncture on Monday, April 27th - prayers for a safe procedure, that the source of the pain can be found, and for a full and complete recovery.
    • For Andrew T. Johnson, Linda's son, who is currently serving onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln and has been deployed since November, 2025.  For his safety and protection as well as for all of our active duty military serving throughout the world.  Also for all of the military families who are keeping things going back at home as single parents.
    • For Sheila Bisson's mom, Ann - for the repose of her soul.
    • For Maureen Filiault's grandchild Sophia, we pray to St. Joseph for his continued protection for her.
    • For Paul Collman (Lynne Collman's husband), who is in recovery mode following treatment for cancer, and for favorable results on his PET scan in April.
    • For Pat Krug, healing for her sciatica causing many painful episodes.
  • BEYOND OUR TASTE COMMUNITY
    • For peace around the world, especially in the Middle East and Ukraine. May God protect the innocent, comfort the grieving, free all hostages, and guide leaders toward justice and lasting peaceful resolution.
    • Specifically for the War in Iran, grant wisdom to our leaders, safety for our troops and our allies, liberation and safety for the people of Iran, and healing for those who mourn.
    • For our brothers and sisters in Christ who are suffering persecution for their faith around the world, especially in Nigeria, Cameroon, and Sudan.
    • For St. Vincent Pallotti High School, for blessings for their faculty, teachers, students and families in gratitude for their generosity to TASTE.
    • We also pray for peace and comfort to the families of each of the people mentioned above.   New prayer requests can be sent to Joy Parker at joyparker73@gmail.com.
Blessings,
Joy, Michele, Karen, Helen, and Lisa
Jesus, I trust in You!
