Sessions are held on Thursday mornings throughout the year from September 16, 2010 - May 12, 2011.
We'll break for the summer and start up in September!
This year's theme: "Be Strong With The Strength Of God" Pope John Paul II To help keep costs down, we are asking for a suggested donation of $5.00 a week.
No one will be denied or looked down upon if this is a problem for anyone interested in attending.

Here’s what women are saying about The TASTE Program.
The program has exceeded my expectations. Although I look very forward to the guest speakers, I'm finding the discussion in groups amazing. The discussion questions are thought provoking and I enjoy listening to others input. My life is extremely busy and fast paced and in our secular world, it is finally so nice to sit down for a few minutes...put demands aside and really talk about my Catholic beliefs with other women.
I considered myself an very good Catholic and didn’t really feel I needed to come. I now know that God led me to TASTE for I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I am a changed person. Thank you for waking me up.
I came for the social aspect as I really needed some friends and was lonely. I love coming and learning about my faith, my Church and it has helped me cope with the way our world is turning away from God. It’s encouraging to see so many women striving to love God in such a fallen world. I am very grateful to belong to such a wonderful program.
I was apprehensive about joining late in the year but I felt like I totally belonged after the first class. All the women were so welcoming and the speakers are just excellent. TASTE is unique and definitely needed in our world. Thank you!
TASTE is fabulous, and I really think this program would be welcomed anywhere in the US and even abroad. You've done a wonderful job, and I'm sure you are answering God's call for your purpose. Fortunately, we get to benefit from your efforts, and there will be a ripple effect to all those we live with and come in contact with. God bless you. Thank you so much for organizing this wonderful program!! It is truly a blessing for me to participate in TASTE. Thank you a million times over!! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!
By their fruits you will know them. Matt. 7:16 Only good things have come from this program. Praying for priests, teaching others about our Faith and how to spread it, raising holy children, learning what the Church really teaches, the importance of the sacraments, daily Eucharist, frequent Confession, the sacredness of marriage are all being infused into us each and every Thursday. We are truly blessed to live so close to a program like this. It’s worth the drive.
I love TASTE but was busy one week and missed. The following week my kids were sick so I missed it again. My child came up to me and asked me “When are we going back to TASTE?" I promised him next Thursday but I had no food in the house and needed to go grocery shopping. He threw himself on the ground and began sobbing “but you promised mommy”. We packed up and went that morning. I was so glad I did. The speaker spoke right to my heart. What a wonderful program.
I wasn’t sure about joining another program as I’ve been to several Bible Studies and they just weren’t what I needed. I wanted to learn about my faith and not just discuss what I thought a Bible passage meant to me. TASTE is exactly what I need. I love learning about being Catholic and what the Church teaches and why. I can’t recommend it highly enough! I’m so glad the program is offered in Maryland. Thank you!
My husband and I were seriously thinking of calling it quits and wanting out of our marriage. Thank you for waking me and consequently my husband up to the fact that marriage is a sacrament and is sacred. We are still working on our marriage but not even considering divorce. God is good! From my first day at TASTE I knew that it was special. This is what was missing in my life. I am hooked on TASTE as it brings me closer to Jesus and His Church. The meditation songs are just what I need to hear every time and the quality of speakers is just excellent. What a wonderful program. You should have one in every dioceses.
Please pray for all priests but most especially the priest who baptized you, gave you your first Holy Communion, heard your first Confession, Confirmed you, anointed you, married you, ordained you! May God shower upon all priests many blessings as we celebrate this special Year for Priests.
